McAlpine and Logik form JV to build 355-home build-to-rent scheme
The joint venture is seeking a funding partner to deliver the scheme, for which Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures will be the developer
Manchester-based Logik Developments and Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures have formed a joint venture to deliver a 24-storey, 355-unit build-to-rent scheme on Arundel Street, central Manchester.
Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures has been appointed as the developer for the scheme, and the joint venture is now working to secure a forward funding partner to deliver the £110m development.
