Why did you choose housing as a career?

All my working life I’ve been in a position where I’ve been helping people. Housing was somewhere I ended up after spending more than a decade in Housing Benefits. Now that I’m here, I can’t imagine being anywhere else. The need for shelter is the among the most basic needs in Maslow’s hierarchy and I’m very proud that it’s something that I help people with for a living.
