Great Places starts ‘below target’ despite doubling 2024/25 total in last three months

Manchester-based housing association hits targets for seven out of 12 performance measures

Great Places has started 419 homes in the first nine months of 2024/25.

The 26,000-home landlord today said the starts figure is “below target”. The Manchester-based association had previously announced a target of 1,378 homes for the full year.

The figure is however more than a doubling of the 208 units Great Places started in the first two quarters of 2023/24.
