Sunderland-based launches new repairs model based on direct resident input as part of drive to become a ‘customer-focused property organisation’

Gentoo has awarded contracts worth a total of £170m to three contractors to upgrade thousands of its homes over a 10-year period. 

The Sunderland-based landlord has awarded the first three contracts under its new Gentogether approach to procurement under which contractors will jointly deliver improvement works.
