Builders’ merchant also names new chair designate

Travis Perkins has announced the former group chief executive of Taylor Wimpey has been appointed as its new chief.

Pete Redfern has been appointed as a director of the builders’ merchant and its chief executive, taking over from the outgoing Nick Roberts on 16 September.
