Nash Partnership behind city’s largest brownfield mixed-use scheme

Exeter council has approved plans for nearly 1,000 homes on a dilapidated waterside site in one of the city’s biggest planning decisions in recent years.

The Water Lane scheme has been designed by Nash Partnershuip for private investor Water Lane Development Management Company and will include a total of 980 homes, 40,000sq m of office space, 320 student homes and over 100 later living homes.
