As we look forward to 2024, what may it hold for the house building sector? One thing for sure is that we will have an election, but will this be a “transformative” change for our sector?
The Conservatives have been relatively silent on housing policy up until this point, with the only items of note being Michael Gove’s commitment to tackle nutrient neutrality rules, however given their track record on responding to the NPFF consultation and the confusion related to the second staircase issue this could again take some time to be addressed.
