We can’t address the housing crisis without a skilled workforce, argues Sian Webster
The housing crisis has been years in the making, and it’s clear that solving it is an enormous task.
There is no quick fix. Although the housing crisis is complex it comes down three fundamental areas: ensuring there’s enough funding, simplifying the planning system and providing enough skilled workers. These three ingredients don’t just exist in silos. They need to work in harmony.
