Earlier this week G15 and Housing Today published ‘State of the Capital: Shaping a New Model for Affordable Housing in London’.
This report seeks to address London’s housing crisis. The statistics are familiar – a 54% increase in homelessness between 2013 and 2023, 323,800 households on council waiting lists and 11.1 percent of homes in London overcrowded – more than twice that of the second most overcrowded region.
