Social landlords who have bid for a share of £1.3bn in decarbonisation funding should be getting ready now to hit the ground running when the money comes through. Jessica Arczynski and Rubianka Winspear explain how
The application deadline (25 November) for the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 (Wave 3) has now passed and according to guidance from the Department of Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ), successful projects will be notified of their awards in “early 2025”. DESNZ has confirmed that the overall funding allocation for Wave 3 is £1.29 billion and works must complete by 30 September 2028.
