It started with student housing. Then build-to-rent, following the United States multi-family model with, often crazy large, blocks of flats in city centres appearing like some futuristic plague.
The big investors are also diversifying their portfolios with other ‘living capital’ residential assets in later living, housing in multiple occupation and affordable housing.
