When we merged to become Southern Housing in December 2022, we were very clear we wanted to deepen ties in our communities.
We became one of the largest housing providers in the UK, now with around 80,000 homes. Our two legacy organisations (Optivo and Southern Housing Group) had similar geographies and part of our commitment to our residents was to be ‘large but local’.
