As the first stage of the coronavirus crisis draws to an end, government attention is shifting toward dealing with the second phase - repairing the economy and building a post covid society.

March saw the chancellor, Rishi Sunak place the economy on life support. Now his job is to nurse it back to health, and the housing sector has a key role to play in that challenge.
