The recent endorsement of the housing supply strategy by the Northern Ireland Executive represents a significant step forward in addressing Northern Ireland’s housing crisis. 

This strategy, a key delivery mechanism of the Programme for Government’s housing priority, aims to increase housing supply, improve affordability and reduce homelessness.
