The recent endorsement of the housing supply strategy by the Northern Ireland Executive represents a significant step forward in addressing Northern Ireland’s housing crisis. 

This strategy, a key delivery mechanism of the Programme for Government’s housing priority, aims to increase housing supply, improve affordability and reduce homelessness. However, to ensure its successful implementation, substantial investment, as outlined in our recent open letter to the First and Deputy First Minister, is crucial.
