We are now a year on from the publication of the Better Social Housing Review (BSHR), an independent review ofthe quality and decency of social homes jointly commissioned by the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and the National Housing Federation (NHF).

 We are also seven months on from the publication of the joint action plan we published with the NHF, setting out how we will work with social landlords on each of the BSHR recommendations.
