The housing market is on a downward spiral that we cannot predict, but will it be short term?
I’m a rationalist rather than an optimist or a pessimist. I’ve also had both a scientific and an economic education.
So, I have to admit that I find current circumstances fascinating. There are so many live experiments going on in ways that you could never achieve in normal circumstances.
Whether it is the impact of social distancing on viral contagion, or the speed of innovation of vaccines, or the impact of government intervention on the economy, there are a multitude of lessons to be learned.
