Since the government announced its plans to build 1.5 million homes, conversations within the sector have quickly turned to how achievable these new housing targets actually are.

Many are saying there’s ‘no chance’ of hitting those numbers, while others applaud the swift action already taken, both on a national and local level, by those who want to prioritise tackling the housing crisis.
