Of the 320 homes, 96 will be for affordable tenures
Waverly Borough Council has given Cala the go-ahead to deliver 320 new homes in Farnham, Surrey.
The development will provide 96 (30%) affordable homes ranging from one to four bedrooms for affordable rent, social rent and shared ownership, alongside one to five- bedroom open market properties.
The timber framed-homes will be equipped with electric vehicle charging points and air source heat pumps – a low carbon heating solution. Outside the dwellings, wildlife support measures such as hedgehog highways and bat boxes will be introduced as the site aims to achieve a 10% biodiversity net gain.
