Naisha Polaine appointed executive director of growth by London borough

Barnet Council has appointed Naisha Polaine as its new executive director of growth.

Polaine, who is currently chief officer for Harlow and Gilstow Garden Town, will lead the London borough’s regeneration programmes, including its £8bn Brent Cross Town project.
