Housebuilders, housing associations and councils register with new database which aims to help match buyers and sellers of section 106 affordable homes
Around 300 organisations so far have signed up to Homes England’s new database to help match buyers and sellers of section 106 affordable homes.
The agency has today announced that “more than” 70 housebuilders have registered to provide details of affordable homes they have planning permission to build, alongside private homes, but have been unable to find a buyer for.
