Abri and Octavia complete merger

Troubled 5,000-home Octavia is now a subsidiary of 55,000-home provider

Abri and non-compliant Octavia have completed their merger.

Octavia, which manages 5,000 homes in west London has now officially joined 50,000-home Abri Group as a wholly-owned subsidiary. It will operate as a legal entity within Abri before fully folding into the group next year.
