Remove the Right to Buy for RPs; very quickly give certainty about town planning reforms (both for local plan production and for the likes of the mooted Infrastructure Levy replacing S106); be clearer and consistent for all developers on zero carbon works (creating a more certain level-playing field).
There is a massive amount of uncertainty, both from market forces and changing government policies / initiatives. The current housing development landscape is certainly not boring!
