There is a shortfall of available staffing resources within the construction industry.
To help combat this Citizen work alongside their developer partners with local Schools, collages and universities to promote apprenticeship and management trainee opportunities.
In addition we also target underrepresented groups and are currently running a Women into Construction training and work experience initiative.
