What changes to government policy would you like to see that would allow you to build more homes?

Currently we face five main hurdles: the availability of brownfield land; local authority resources; regulatory complexity around both planning and delivery; and lack of development capital.
There is no silver bullet, so all five need to be addressed through public and private sector partnership.

What could the housebuilding industry itself do better to improve housing delivery?

The industry must deliver on its promises to create quality homes and places for everyone to live, to achieve better social inclusion and improve health and wellbeing.
