While we fully support the reintroduction of social rents this will possibly reduce our capacity to produce more homes of this nature, due to insufficient grant funding.
The introduction of First Homes will impact on our capacity to build affordable rent homes.
With the potential reintroduction of RTB our capacity to secure further funding could be affected, and also reduce the level of rented homes available.
